So who are we and what do we do?
UK construction training provides training, advice and support for companies and individuals looking to provide a safe and risk free enviroment in which to work. Following the advice and legislation as laid down by the HSE, we provide a full training management package using our own nationwide network of instructors. Additionally, we maintain an active post training relationship with our clients and provide a comprehensive after sales support. This includes reminding you as to when your delegates require refresher training through to notifying you when there is a significant change in legislation or your legal responsibilities.
Via our sister site managesafety.co.uk we also provide a totally free of charge health and safety management tool for serious construction professionals. Here you may arrange training, discuss specific health and safety requirements with other safety professionals in the industry, discover your training obligations and manage your individual staff training.
Currently we provide training for mobile access towers under PASMA and powered access training via IPAF. You may book online directly with us using the link above or by placing your order over the telephone. UKTT also provides training management for some of our other service partners.
So how do I make a booking?
Our system has specifically been designed with you, the customer in mind. So, when you need to make a booking, you will find our system an easy and straightforward experience.
Our booking stages are as follows: (1) first up we need to know where indeed you want your training carried out. So at step 1 you tell us either via our map (which will then give you a breakdown of towns in that area) or simply by inserting the postcode. (2) At step 2 we narrow your search to the specific town. (3) At step 3 our system then finds the specific training instructor for that location and shows you his or her calendar. You then choose the date most convenient to you. (4) At step 4 we take your company or personal details and the details of your required training. (5) At step 5 we give you a summary of your training requirements and the cost. Once confirmed by you, your training is then booked and confirmed.
Behind the scenes your booking details are emailed to our instructor. Our instructor will then log on to our system to confirm that they have read and understood the details of this new booking. Then, 2 days prior to the training our training coordinator contacts both yourself and the trainer to confirm that there are no last minute hitches. The training then takes place as arranged and the trainer confirms the delegate names and result of the training. You then receive your training certs and/or id badges in the post.
